Abstract: Currently, talking about pain and its biopsychosocial approach begins to be recognized by all, and increasingly, there is more knowledge from the degree of physiotherapy, to postgraduate and master’s training. It is also known by all that the approach to the patient with pain, whether persistent or acute, is something more complex than we could imagine until recently. However, the reality is that although it may seem that we are performing a correct biopsychosocial approach, this approach requires a lot of knowledge in many different areas. We are referring to recognizing clinical patterns and pathologies, mastering therapeutic exercise and gradual exposures to load, being an expert in pain neurobiology and neuroscience, having didactic and communicative tools, recognizing psychosocial contexts that do not favor the patient, and considering referrals...

Abstract : Actualment, parlar de dolor i del seu abordatge biopsicosocial, comença a ser quelcom reconegut per a tots, i cada vegada més, hi ha més coneixements des de el grau de fisioteràpia, fins a les formacions de postgrau i de màster. Es sabut per tots també que l’abordatge del pacient amb dolor, ja sigui persistent o agut, es quelcom més complex del que ens podíem imaginar fins fa poc. Però la realitat, es que malgrat que ens sembli que estem realitzant un correcte abordatge biopsicosocial, aquest abordatge requereix molts coneixements en molts àmbits diferents. Ens referim a reconeixements de patrons clínics i patologies, a dominar l’exercici terapèutic i les exposicions graduals a la càrrega, a ser expert en neurobiologia del dolor i neurociència, a tenir eines didàctiques i comunicatives, a reconèixer contextos psicosocials que no afavoreixen al pacient i considerar derivacions…
